Data deletion instructions

This text is a draft and will be reviewed by counsel before launch.

You can delete your data at any time in one of these ways.

In the app

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
To remove a connected social account's data: Settings → Accounts → Disconnect.

From the platform

When you remove Feedhand's access in your Instagram, TikTok or X settings, the platform notifies us and we delete that account's tokens and data.

By email

Email support@feedhand.com from your account's address with the subject “data deletion”. We complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account and brand details, every file you uploaded and we created, your plans, your approval history and your connected-account tokens. Invoices we are legally required to keep are kept for the legal period.
