Feedhand is operated by GSAM Solution LLC. This policy explains what data we collect and why, who we share it with, and your rights.

What we collect

Account details: email, name, sign-in records.
Brand details: the website, store page and public profiles you give us; what you tell us about your brand; the photos, videos, menus and product details you upload.
Connected accounts: when you connect Instagram, TikTok or X, only the data covered by the permissions you approve on that platform's official sign-in screen. Access tokens are stored encrypted; we never see your password.
Usage data: in-product events such as approvals, edits and downloads, recorded without personal details.
Payments: processed by Dodo Payments; your card details never reach us.

To analyze your brand, plan and create your content, ask for your approval and deliver it.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
To improve the product, using only anonymous, aggregated statistics. We do not train AI models on content from your connected accounts.

We share data only with providers needed to run the service: hosting, database and file storage (Cloudflare and PlanetScale), AI (OpenAI and Anthropic; Viralance and its model providers for image and video), payments (Dodo Payments) and email. The current list is available on request.

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems and our providers within 30 days.
