Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use the Service to create, publish or support:

• fake or paid-for reviews, ratings or testimonials, reviews written as if by customers, or reviews by people who did not use the product;
• synthetic people, faces, hands or voices presented as real customers, employees, experts or reviewers;
• misleading before-and-after images, invented results, statistics or awards, or claims you cannot substantiate;
• fake accounts, astroturfing, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, bought followers, likes, comments or views, engagement pods, or any other manipulation of a platform's systems;
• advertising that is not disclosed as advertising where the law or a platform requires it;
• impersonation of a person, brand or organisation, or content that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation;
• misinformation about elections, public health, emergencies or other matters of public interest, or political advertising that breaks the law or a platform's rules.

• No deepfakes: do not make or publish realistic images, video or audio of a real, identifiable person saying or doing something they did not, without their clear consent, and never in a sexual, defamatory or deceptive way.
• No content that sexualises, exploits or endangers anyone under 18, and no content directed at children in breach of child protection or advertising law.
• No harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, or publishing other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
• No content that infringes copyright, trademarks, design rights or the image and personality rights of others.

• No hate speech, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or violent extremism, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
• No sexually explicit content or nudity, and no adult services.
• No promotion of illegal goods or services, weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, or unlicensed gambling, and no marketing of alcohol, tobacco, vapes, cannabis or similar products to minors or where it is not allowed.
• No unproven medical or health claims, no financial products or "get rich" promises without the required licences and disclosures, and no pyramid or multi-level schemes.
• No content that encourages self-harm, eating disorders or dangerous challenges.
• No content that breaks sanctions or export laws, or any other law that applies to you or your audience.

• Do not attack, probe or overload the Service, or try to get around its security, limits, quotas, budgets or filters.
• Do not create several accounts, use disposable email addresses or rotate networks to get more free previews or allowances.
• Do not scrape, copy or automate access to the Service, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this despite this restriction.
• Do not try to make the AI reveal its instructions, other customers' data or anything confidential, or make it produce content the Service refuses.
• Do not resell, sublicense or share access to the Service, except as an agency serving your own clients under the Terms.
• Do not use the Service or its Output to build a competing product or to train AI models that compete with it.
• Do not upload malware or content you are not allowed to share.

We may refuse to create content, remove content from the Service, suspend a review link, a brand or an account, or end the agreement, as described in the Terms of Service. Where the law requires, we may report illegal content to the authorities.

We do not monitor what you publish outside the Service, and the Service's filters do not make content lawful. You remain responsible for what you publish.

If you see content made with the Service that you believe is illegal or breaks this policy, or a review link that is being misused, write to support@feedhand.com with the link or details. We review every report and reply.
