A real person answers
Write from the app or to hello@feedhand.com. A person, not a bot, answers, usually within one business day.
We never charge per regeneration
Your plan includes 20 to 120 AI edits a month. Rewrites, and replacements for posts you reject, come out of that allowance. When it runs out, nothing is charged: it refills next month.
A reminder 7 days before renewal
For packages paid online: by email and in the app, once per billing period, so a renewal never comes as a surprise.
Cancel in two taps
Settings → Plan → Cancel, in the app on any device, phone included. No call, no form, no desktop needed.
Keep what you made
After you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that you can still view every post and download it all.
Free preview, no card
See what Feedhand understood about your brand and 3 first-draft posts before you pay anything. We never ask for a card for the preview, so nothing can renew by accident.
Pricing questions
Why does the price change with platforms?
Each platform gets its own month: Instagram posts, Reels and stories, TikTok videos and photo posts, a number of posts for each text platform. You pay for the platforms you pick, and you can move numbers between them later within your package.
What if a month isn't enough?
Add a pack for that brand's current month: +30 posts, +10 videos or +50 AI edits. It ends on the 1st; nothing renews by itself. Or move the brand to a bigger package.
Do rewrites cost extra?
No. Rewrites and replacements for rejected posts come out of your plan's monthly AI edits. When they run out, nothing is charged; they refill next month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in two taps in Settings → Plan, in the app on any device. Your posts keep coming until the end of the period you paid for, and you can still view and download everything after.
Is there a free preview?
Yes, instead of a time-limited trial, and with no credit card. Give it your website, App Store or Google Play link, or your @handle and answer a few short questions about your brand (about 3 minutes). About a minute later you see a short summary of what Feedhand understood about your brand (with sources), 3 first-draft posts in platform previews in your brand colors, the first thing it would do and a look at how your month would be scheduled. Preview posts use template designs and no video; if your site has a usable photo, one of them gets a single AI image made from that photo, labelled as such. Only your first chosen country is used for the preview; the others are saved and researched when your plan starts.
What does a paid plan add?
The full brand brain (a deep analysis of your brand), research for each country you chose, sourced competitor research, a full month planned and written, Reels and videos (on plans with video), Pip the in-app assistant, weekly moments and monthly reports.
