In our test on 27 Oct 2026, AI model usage cost about 2.7–2.8 cents per social media post: $4.11–4.24 for a 150-post monthly plan. That is the language-model cost of planning and writing the posts, nothing else. It excludes generating images and videos, running the service, and the subscription price you pay as a customer, which on Feedhand's plans works out to roughly $3.30–5.97 per post at list price.

Why is the price per post so much higher than the model cost?
Text generation is only one input. A plan also pays for image and video generation (powered by Viralance, our sister company), AI edits, stories, platform-rule and safety checks, and running the service. The 2.7–2.8 cents is useful for comparing tools, not as a retail price.
How does that compare with a freelancer or an agency?
